If you want to hear the newest take on &#039;curing&#039; insomnia, read Siegfried Haug: I Want to Sleep-Unlearning Insomnia. He doesn&#039;t believe it should be sen as a disease. he thinks it is a message that should be understood (individually) rather than shooting the messenger (with drugs). he wants us to cultivate, invest in sleep - during the day.
